Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier but typically range from 3–5 business days for standard shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
For higher-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping where available. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
