Due to the nature of preloved luxury items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All items are thoroughly inspected and described as accurately as possible, with detailed photos provided.

If you have any questions about an item prior to purchase, please reach out — we are happy to help.

In the rare event an item is significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review the situation.
